1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Order Processing

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or packed for shipment.

After Order Processing

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.

3. Cancellation of Perishable Product Orders

Orders containing perishable items such as:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen foods
  • Bakery products

may not be eligible for cancellation once they have entered the packing or dispatch stage.

4. Order Cancellation by VividStore

VividStore reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery location not serviceable
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If VividStore cancels an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Failed Deliveries

Orders may be cancelled if delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

In such cases, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the nature of the products and delivery status.

6. Modification of Orders

Customers may request changes to their order before processing begins. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
