3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Share clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another approved method.

5. Exchange Process

If an exchange is approved:
